Blackwell Contracting provides directional boring, underground utility and aerial services to communication companies, and utility companies including electric, plumbing and water services.  We provide service to individuals as well.  We have the necessary licensing to work in the entire St Louis Metropolitan area, including St Louis City and County.  No project is too large or too small.
